“Before my transplant, I was jaundiced and my color had completely changed. The moment I received my new liver, all of that disappeared—my color came back and I felt like myself again. I’ll never forget getting the call on Thanksgiving Day. It was truly a blessing, and I’m grateful every single day for that second chance at life."
